CXL Controller IP
The CXL/PCIe Controller IP from Wolley Inc. adheres to the CXL 3.0 specification and is backward compatible with CXL 2.0 and 1.1. Our controller IP passed PCIe compliance up to PCIe Gen3 in February 2023 and CXL 1.1/CXL 2.0 (FYI) compliance in January 2024. The first test chip (PHY + controller) passed PCIe Gen5x8 compliance in February 2024 and successfully linked up to Gen6x4.

NVMe-over-CXL
NVMe-over-CXL solution integrates NVMe storage with DDR memory, significantly enhancing memory capacity and bandwidth. Our NVMe-over-CXL solutions adhere to the latest CXL specifications, providing high-performance memory expansion. We meet memory expansion and tiering application needs by delivering more memory bandwidth and capacity, allowing greater parallelism on NVMe-oC. Moving data to HDM drastically reduces host memory bandwidth contention, thereby improving overall system performance.

Our expert team can integrate diverse IPs, including our proprietary CXL IP, to help customers develop CXL interface products or SoCs. Our integration process is more economical and efficient due to our own CXL IP. We have extensive experience with CPU subsystems (ARM, RISC-V), storage subsystems (NVMe, NAND), high-speed interfaces (CXL, PCIe), ECC IP for data correction, and DDR controllers for managing DDR memory. Our one-stop service is the shortest path to enable a CXL-based product.
